Clubhouse and Pool
The well-appointed community clubhouse serves as a meeting place for residents and may be rented for private functions. A small second-floor apartment is also available at a nominal fee for your guests. Rental arrangements can be made through the property manager (see Contact Information).
The heated outdoor pool extends the summer season and is used well into the Fall.

Landscaping
Dean's Landscaping had the contract for landscaping and lawn maintenance for 2011. Bids for a new contract will be entertained in 2012.

Apartment
The second floor of the clubhouse features a fully-equipped apartment that can be rented by owners for their guests. Details of the rental policy can be found in the Owner's Area.
